Painting Competitions Terms and Conditions
There is a limit of one entry per person for each competition.
To submit an entry, you must hand in your model submission to the Legion Forge store before the closing date for entries, along with your full name and contact information. Your contact details will not be shared with anyone outside of Legion Forge staff, and will only be used to contact you about the competition you have entered and your submission.
Your first name will be published alongside your submission when the results of the competition are published. Under certain circumstances (for example if your submission wins or is a runner-up), Legion Forge may ask to publish your full name alongside your submission. Your full name will not be shared with anyone outside of Legion Forge staff without your permission.
Any model submitted to a competition must have been assembled and painted by the person making the submission. Entries found to not meet this requirement will be disqualified, and the person who made the submission may be banned from future competitions.
All models submitted to a competition will be put on display in the Legion Forge store for the duration of the voting period of the competition.
While on display in the Legion Forge store, submitted models will only be handled by Legion Forge staff members, and will only be handled when required. However, please note that any models submitted to a competition are submitted at your own risk, and Legion Forge will not be liable for any accidental damage to a submitted model.
All models submitted to a competition will be photographed, and these photographs may be used by Legion Forge for marketing purposes including but not limited to publishing on social media, email newsletters, and website blog posts.
